The ThetaHealing meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Her original book details her personal healing journey and her connection to the Creator utilizing her meditation technique. \n The Theta Healing technique is a meditation technique utilizing a spiritual philosophy with the purpose of improvement in mind, body and spirit while getting closer to the Creator of All That Is.\"\"<\/p>\n

It is a focused prayer to the Creator and allows you to train your mind, body and spirit to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do.<\/p>\n

    I chose this name because in Theta Healing - sessions we always are in connection with the Creator Of All That Is, or you can name it source, universe, Allah, Jehovah and so forth, it doesn\u2019t matter how you call it the connection remains the same. And I found it is the best way to describe how the healings will manifest in cooperation with the Creator Of All That Is.<\/p>\n

    ThetaHealing<\/b>\u00ae<\/i><\/b> is a technique that is unlimited, just put it into practice correctly.<\/p>\n

    It is addressed to whoever wants to improve themselves irrespective of their own religious beliefs, age, social class, cultural level, profession, political conviction etc. \nThe only requirement needed is: wanting to change, improve and manifest what you want to achieve in your live.<\/p>\n
